Seamless rhombic crossed high-manganese steel frog
The invention relates to a seamless rhombic crossed high-manganese steel frog. Two long-short limbs of an obtuse-angle high-manganese steel frog and two long-short limbs of an acute-angle high-manganese steel frog adopting a double-railhead structure are respectively welded to a steel rail with a certain design length in a flash welding manner, so that the direct welding connection between rhombic crossed frogs on the track laying site is realized. The seamless rhombic crossed high-manganese steel frog disclosed by the invention has the advantages that firstly, the high-manganese steel frog is simple in structure, and easy to process and manufacture; secondly, after being welded, the frogs are the same in lengths, and the high-manganese steel frog is good in universality, and easy to lay on site; thirdly, the frog is provided with a guardrail, so that the whole stability is good.
