A hyper-elastic decorative stay cable comprises an anchor cable body and two anchoring modules, wherein the two anchoring modules are positioned at the two ends of the anchor cable body. The hyper-elastic decorative stay cable at least comprises a lower casing and a supporting ring as well as a hyper-elastic adjusting device, wherein the supporting ring is positioned in the lower casing; the hyper-elastic adjusting device comprises an adjusting rod, a hyper-elastic body, a nut, a locking nut and a connecting device; the connecting device is a connecting device A, which is formed by a bearing plate, a connecting plate and a nut connecting plate, or a connecting device B, which is formed by fixed cylinders; the adjusting rod is connected with the anchor cable body after penetrating through the bearing plate or the bottom of the fixed cylinder; the hyper-elastic body, the nut and the locking nut sleeve the adjusting rod in sequence; and a plurality of technical schemes with different structures may be generated according to different structures of the two anchoring modules at the two ends of the anchor cable body as well as different structures and different positions of the hyper-elastic adjusting device. The hyper-elastic decorative stay cable provided by the invention is advantaged in that the structure is reasonable; the cable satisfies requirements on appearance and dimension of the cable body; no great additional tension is generated on the structure; the cable is convenient to replace; and the length and the force of the cable are convenient to adjust.
