The invention discloses a method for simulating the dynamic development of piping corrosion of a sand gravel soil dam foundation. The method can be used for quantitatively describing the dynamic development process of piping corrosion of the sand gravel soil dam foundation and used for analyzing and controlling piping type piping, and therefore safety operation of a whole dam is ensured. According to the method for simulating the dynamic development of piping corrosion of the sand gravel soil dam foundation, seepage fields and piping corrosion fields of various time steps are solved through coupling based on a seepage continuity equation of silt carrying flow and a silt mass conservation equation in the piping corrosion process.
