The invention discloses a whole wire net of a farmland draining trench for ecological slope protection and a construction method of the farmland draining trench. The whole wire net comprises emergent aquatic plants 1, blocky turves 2, a steel wire net 3, a fine-grid nylon net 4, hooked wood piles 5, a trench sloping surface 6, longitudinal steel wires 7 and lateral steel wires 8, wherein the steel wire net is fixed on a left-side flat roof through hooked wood piles A; the fine-grid nylon net is fixed on a right-side flat roof through hooked wood piles B; the blocky turves are fixed on the sloping surface of soil mass of a trench through hooked wood piles C and paved on the soil mass of the trench. The whole wire net has the advantages that pollutants such as excessive chemical fertilizers and excessive pesticides in farmland irrigating water or rainwater are removed to a certain degree through effects of absorption, adsorption and the like of a vegetational zone formed by the planted emergent aquatic plants and the turves; besides, the blocky turves are fixed on the soil mass of the inner wall of the trench by adopting a dual-layer net structure of the fine-grid nylon net and the steel wire net, and falling of the blocky turves and washing of water currents to the soil mass are prevented, so that an ecological water draining trench adopting a whole steady farmland wire net structure is formed.
