The core structural steel comprises a first structural steel web and a second structural steel web which are welded to form a cross-shaped structural steel structure. A first structural steel flange and a second structural steel flange are arranged at the two ends of the first structural steel web respectively. A third structural steel flange and a fourth structural steel flange are arranged at the two ends of the second structural steel web respectively.
