The invention provides a multilayer fabricated concrete wallboard structure system. The multilayer fabricated concrete wallboard structure system comprises a foundation, prefabricated wallboards and post-tensioned unbonded prestressed bars. The prefabricated wallboards are arranged on the foundation, at least two prefabricated wallboards are vertically spliced, and the prefabricated wallboards and the foundation are connected into a whole through the unbonded prestressed bars. One end of each unbonded prestressed bar is anchored in the foundation, and after being connected with the prefabricated wallboards in series, the unbonded prestressed bars are anchored to the ends of the prefabricated wallboards. Because the multilayer fabricated concrete wallboard structure system has high capacity for dissipating earthquake energy, when an earthquake hazard happens, the requirement that the multilayer fabricated concrete wallboard structure system is not damaged in a small earthquake, can be recovered in a medium earthquake and does not collapse in a strong earthquake can be met, and the safety level of a multilayer fabricated building can be substantially improved.
