The invention discloses a ceramic brick and a production method and a production line thereof. The production line comprises a first fabric device (61), a prepressing device (62), an ink-jet printing system (63), a second fabric device (64), a pressing machine device (65), a drying system (66), a firing system (67) and a cutting and polishing system which are sequentially connected through a belt. The method comprises the steps that ceramic powder is prepressed to obtain a fabric prepressing layer, the volume density of the fabric prepressing layer is controlled to range from 0.9 g/cm<3> to 1.2 g/cm<3>, and an ink-jet printer is used for printing permeation ink on the fabric prepressing layer. The ink-jet printing pattern texture permeating upwards from the ink printing face of the fabric layer can be obtained, and the thickness of the ink-jet printing pattern layer is larger than or equal to 0.5 mm. The thickness of the ceramic brick product decoration pattern layer is controllable, and the micro-powder fabric texture and the ink-jet printing texture are combined, so that the pattern layer is abundant and three-dimensional, has the bright color, has the certain art beauty, and is good in abrasion, not prone to abrasion and durable to use.
