The invention provides a support which comprises a base, a support column, a limit sleeve, a first screw and a support head. The lower end of the support column is vertically fixed on the base, the interior of the support column is provided with a cylindrical cavity of which the upper end is provided with an opening, the limit sleeve is arranged on the first screw in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the first screw, the lower end of the first screw stretches into the cavity from the opening, the first screw and the cavity are coaxial, and the outer ring of the first screw is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the cavity formed by the support column. According to the support, the first screw is driven to rotate through a first adjusting groove which is exposed on the upper surface of the support head, and therefore the support head is driven to move vertically; corners of multiple floor units are intensively jointed on one support head, the height of the floor units can be easily adjusted through vertical moving of the support head, the laid flatness of an energy-saving and environment-friendly type buckle mesh elevated floor can be guaranteed, water inflowing is not prone to occurring, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
