The invention provides a construction method for a floor concrete template provided with a column base. The construction method comprises the following steps that an edge top plate is spliced and an edge side plate is spliced to form an edge template unit, field splice is conducted to form a floor template, pouring is conducted to obtain a floor concrete component, and the plates are disassembled; the edge template unit which is relatively complex in structure is spliced outside a construction field, then the edge template unit is overturned and conveyed to the construction field to complete splicing of a floor template, large-sized hoisting equipment is not needed to be used to carry out hoisting, the splicing speed of the floor template in the construction field can also be effectively improved, and the construction efficiency is relatively high. In addition, a fast installing template and a fast splicing piece are utilized, the splicing speed of the edge template unit is effectively improved; by means of a first fixture, it is guaranteed that gaps between the floor template and the concrete template are small, and mud leakage is avoided; by means of a second fixture, it is guaranteed that the edge top plate is perpendicular to the edge side plate, and therefore it is guaranteed that the pouring is formed.
