Load holding device for prefabricated prestressed rebar upset head
The invention relates to a load holding device for a prefabricated prestressed rebar upset head. The load holding device for the prefabricated prestressed rebar upset head comprises a fixing pulling plate and a moving pulling plate which are arranged at the two sides of the rebar. Gaskets allowing the two ends of the rebar to penetrate through are arranged, and the upset heads are arranged at the two ends of the rebar. The fixing pulling plate and the moving pulling plate are both provided with the following structural form: horizontal notches allowing the rebar to penetrate through are formed, vertical notches which sink inward are formed in the fixing pulling plate and the moving plate, and the upper sides and the lower sides of the vertical notches are rolled up to form blocks, entering the gaskets, of the vertical notches. The fixing pulling plate and the moving pulling plate are arranged on a die platform, and a plurality of horizontal notches and vertical notches are formed in parallel. The load holding device for the prefabricated prestressed rebar upset head has the advantage that overall pulling can be conducted without an anchor chuck.
