The invention discloses a parking spot lock using random dynamic passwords. The parking spot lock comprises at least one base fixed to the periphery of a parking spot, an upper cover matched with the base, a lifting mechanism arranged between the base and the upper cover, and an electric control system controlling the lifting mechanism to achieve ascending or descending. The parking spot lock further comprises a parking spot management system which can be mounted in a mobile terminal device or a background management platform and is used for generating the dynamic passwords and calculating cost. The parking spot lock using the random dynamic passwords has the advantages that parking spots are combined with intelligent devices, idle parking spots are integrated, idle parking spot resources are utilized fully, and the problem that parking spots of cities are tight is released effectively.
