Matching mechanism for lifter sliding block and sliding rail
The invention discloses a matching mechanism for a lifter sliding block and a sliding rail. The matching mechanism comprises a sliding rail and a sliding block arranged in the sliding rail. An oil storage groove is arranged in the sliding block and provided with a through hole which is communicated with the outside and draws close to the side wall of the sliding rail. The matching mechanism further comprises a plug used for blocking the through hole. One end of the plug is provided with a first elastic part. One side of the sliding rail is provided with a pushing device used for pushing against the plug. The pushing device comprises an ejector rod and a sleeve. The ejector rod is movably arranged in the sleeve. One end of the ejector rod is fixedly provided with a magnet. An electromagnet with magnetism opposite to the magnet is arranged in the sleeve. A coil of the electromagnet is connected with a power supply of a lifter motor. The matching mechanism further comprises a second elastic part pushing against the ejector rod. A car window is lifted at the position where the ejector rod abuts against the plug and then stops. Oil does not leak from the through hole so that waste of oil is avoided.
