The invention discloses a rotating shaft type aluminum explosion venting window belonging to a device having explosion proofing and explosion venting functions under high pressure environment. The explosion venting window comprises a fixed window frame, a rotary window frame, toughened glass and a rotating shaft. The toughened glass is arranged in the rotary window frame. The rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the rotary window frame through two fixing support seats. The two ends of the rotating shaft are supported by rotating shaft bearings fixed to the fixed window frame. The position of the rotating shaft on the rotary window frame meets a condition that the distance between the rotating shaft and the outer edge of the upper frame of the rotary window frame is smaller than the distance between the rotating shaft and the outer edge of the lower frame of the rotary window frame. The size of the outer frame of the rotary window frame is in clearance fit with the size of the inner frame of the fixed window frame. A magnet fixedly arranged at the center of the inner side of the lower frame of the fixed window frame matches an iron block fixedly arranged at the center of the inner side of the lower frame of the rotary window frame. The explosion venting window is simple in structure, the rotary window frame is made of aluminum alloy materials, the rotating shaft is arranged at the middle-upper portion of the rotary window frame so as to obtain relative small rotational inertia, and the explosion venting window is suitable for explosion venting protection under broad environment.
