Light-weight heat-insulation brick and preparation method thereof
A light-weight heat-insulation brick and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to building materials. The light-weight heat-insulation brick includes a light-weight heat-insulation brick body (1) which is prepared by stirring, uniformly mixing, mould pressing and naturally drying light-weight heat-insulation brick raw materials composed by mixing following components, by weight: 40-60% of residual brick powder, 11-18% of furnace slag, 5-8% of sand stone, 7-13% of cement, 5-10% of sticky cement and 10-15% of water. The surface of the light-weight heat-insulation brick body (1) is provided with vertical and horizontal grooves. The preparation method includes following steps: (A) feeding the residual brick powder and the sand stone according to the weight ratio with stirring to prepare aggregate; (2) feeding the furnace slag according to the weight ratio, and performing moisturized-stirring uniformly to obtain a material; and (3) adding the cement, the sticky cement and the water to the aggregate and said material with stirring uniformly; and (4) press-moulding the light-weight heat-insulation brick raw materials and naturally-drying the moulded raw materials to obtain the finish product. The light-weight heat-insulation brick is light in weight, is shock-resistant, is low in cost, is not liable to break, is flat, can improve construction quality and is beneficial to environment improvement.
