Concrete dry-mixing mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete dry-mixing mortar and a preparation method thereof, wherein the dry-mixing mortar is composed of following raw materials, by weight, 130-150 kg of cement, 80-100 kg of fly ash, 752-772 kg of river sand, 7-9 kg of a thickening powder and 0.5-1.2 kg of an additive. Compared with a method with pre-blending at a construction site, the preparation method is very less in dust, is more environmental-protective, is greatly improved in construction quality, reduces the thickness of a construction layer and can save materials. With the addition of the thickening powder, the concrete is greatly improved in performances. The dry-mixing mortar is modified with specially-designed formulas with addition of various additives according to production varieties and performance demands, so that the modified mortar is excellent in construction performance and quality, is excellent in workability, is convenient to build, plaster and pump and is increased in construction efficiency. The dry-mixing mortar is 10 m<2>/h in manual plastering efficiency and is 40 m<2>/h in mechanical plastering construction, and is greatly increased in one-time mortar spreading length during building.
