Fireproofing bonding mortar and preparation method and application thereof
Fireproofing bonding mortar is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 385-420 parts by mass of 420R ordinary portland cement, 470-510 parts by mass of dried sand, 11-13 parts by mass of a defoaming agent, 8-12 parts by mass of a water reducing agent, 50-100 parts by mass of heavy calcium carbonate, 3-6 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 12-15 parts by mass of a redispersible latex powder, and 25-36 parts by mass of a fireproofing powder. Through suitable proportion of all the components, the fireproofing binding mortar achieves good synergistic effect, and has good flame retardancy while having good bonding strength.
