The invention relates to a gypsum board capable of releasing negative oxygen ions, wherein the gypsum board is prepared by adding expanded vermiculite and tourmaline to raw materials of a common gypsum board, wherein the addition amount of the expanded vermiculite is 50-60% of the total weight of the raw materials of the common gypsum board while the addition amount of the tourmaline is 0.1-1% of the total weight of the raw materials of the common gypsum board. Compared with the gypsum board in the prior art, the gypsum board can release negative oxygen ions, is environmental-protective and is strong in practicability.
