The invention relates to a cast-in situ bored pile post-inserted steel reinforcement cage multi-point delivery device and a use method and belongs to the technical field of cast-in situ bored pile forming equipment applied to constructional engineering foundation construction. By the use of the cast-in situ bored pile post-inserted steel reinforcement cage multi-point delivery device and the use method, problems of bend deformation and damage and incapability of sinking to a preset depth during steel reinforcement cage sinking upon pre-cast in situ bored pile post-inserted steel reinforced cage construction can be solved. The delivery device comprises a conversion disc, a casting rod, an intermediate-low frequency vibrator, a steel loop and at least one multi-point vibrating device, wherein the multi-point vibrating device comprises an L-shaped reinforcing steel bar and a sleeve; and the delivery device further comprises a pile shoe in a circular frustum-shaped framework structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part and formed by a top ring plate, an inclined support and a base ring plate. The use method of the cast-in situ bored pile post-inserted steel reinforcement cage multi-point delivery device comprises the following steps of drilling a hole, casting concrete into the hole, installing the delivery device on the steel reinforced cage, hoisting the steel reinforced cage, vibrating the whole steel reinforced cage by a vibrator to a preset position after the steel reinforced cage sinking due to self-gravity, and extracting the casting rod.
