Screw grout pile
A screw grout pile is characterized in that a rod-shaped reinforced concrete upper pile body with the length of 20-40 mandthe diameter of 0.5-1.2 m is constructed on the upper portion of the screw grout pile through a double-sleeve resonance-free pipe pulling and soil taking hole forming technique, and a threaded reinforced concrete lower pile body with the length of 20-40 m is constructed on the lower portion of the screw grout pile through a long spiral drilling pile forming technique. Compared with existing screw pile techniques, the screw grout pile has the advantages that the length of the pile is greatly increased, the bearing capacity is greatly improved, and however, the torque required for construction is not increased too much; the screw grout pile is suitable for ground foundation engineering of coastal soft-soil cities of China.
