Lightweight high-strength composite partition batten, and production method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight high-strength composite partition batten. The lightweight high-strength composite partition batten comprises batten core, and batten skin used for coating the front surface and the back surface of the batten core; the batten core is composed of following ingredients, by weight, 45 to 50 parts of haycite, 5 to 8 parts of light mineral substance waste residue, 20 to 30 parts of cement, 10 to 12 parts of fly ash, 0.5 to 2 parts of fiber, 0.5 to 0.8 part of a foaming agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of an early strength agent, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a foam stabilizer, and 0.2 to 0.6 part of a water-proofing agent; the batten skin is made of calcium silicate board or calcium silicate board-based cement fibrolite plate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the lightweight high-strength composite partition batten. The lightweight high-strength composite partition batten is light; volume weight is about 660Kg/m3, and is reduced by more than 100Kg/m3 than conventional calcium silicate board lightweight partition board, so that it is convenient for installation; cost is low, and is reduced by about 10% than that of conventional cement foaming lightweight partition batten; the raw materials and the preparation method are green and friendly to the environment; low carbon and energy-saving are realized; slab prepared of the lightweight high-strength composite partition batten possesses sound insulation performance and seismic resistance, is high in strength, and is capable of saving space; and construction is simple and quick.
