Assembled sandwich thermal-insulation ribbed composite external wall plate and production method thereof
The present invention relates to the technical field of building composite external wall plates, particularly to an assembled sandwich thermal-insulation ribbed composite external wall plate and a production method thereof. The assembled sandwich thermal-insulation ribbed composite external wall plate comprises a protection layer, a thermal insulation layer and a composite wall plate, wherein the thermal insulation layer is fixed between the protection layer and the composite wall plate, connection members are fixedly distributed between the protection layer and the composite wall plate at intervals, and the middle portions of the connection members are fixed inside the thermal insulation layer. According to the present invention, compared with the traditional ribbed composite external wall plate external thermal insulation structure, the assembled sandwich thermal-insulation ribbed composite external wall plate has characteristics of long service life, low heat transfer coefficient, high prefabricating rate, high construction speed, short construction period, security risk reducing, construction safety ensuring, and building project economic benefit improving; and compared with the existing assembled reinforced concrete shear wall, the assembled sandwich thermal-insulation ribbed composite external wall plate having the same thickness has characteristics of low cost, light self-weight, substantial seismic load effect reducing, and improvement of seismic capacity of the structure.
