The invention discloses a method for unfolding a square cabin to form a stage. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: supporting the square cabin onto the ground through trail spades; supporting a bottom plate of the square cabin on the ground through bottom plate legs, and withdrawing the trail spades; and horizontally unfolding all of a plurality of cabin plates arranged on the upper part of the bottom plate so as to form a rectangular plane stage, wherein the cabin plates are supported on the ground through a plurality of cabin plate legs after being horizontally unfolded. The method has the advantages that the square cabin can be totally unfolded when being separated from a trolley body, and can be partially unfolded when being integrated with the trolley body; the square cabin can be manually unfolded to form the stage; the unfolding area is large; the structure is simple; and the expenditure cost is low.
