The invention discloses a positioning mechanism of an ascending and descending car frame. The positioning mechanism comprises a transverse moving frame, wherein an ascending and descending car frame plate capable of ascending and descending is arranged under the transverse moving frame; a positioning pin cone is fixed on a side cross beam of the transverse moving frame; a positioning hole is formed in a position, corresponding to the positioning pin cone, on the ascending and descending car frame plate; and a buffer pad is arranged at the upper opening position of the positioning hole in a sleeving way. The positioning mechanism has the advantages that in the ascending and descending process of the ascending and descending car frame plate, the positioning pin cone is inserted into the positioning hole for guiding and positioning the ascending and descending; a fixing effect is achieved on the ascending and descending car frame plate; the excessive swinging during the transverse moving is avoided; and the occurrence of accidents is avoided.
