The invention relates to a non-impact induction silence door lock which is used for solving the problems that when an existing mechanical door lock works, a spring bolt impacts on a door frame to generate noise and damages a door body and a lock, and when the door is in an opened state, the spring bolt is externally arranged, consequently, the potential safety hazard that people are scratched and bruised is caused. The non-impact induction silence door lock comprises a lock panel, a shell matched with the lock panel and a lock hole panel corresponding to the lock panel. The non-impact induction silence door lock is characterized in that a spring bolt is arranged in the shell, and a rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the spring bolt; a lock catch is arranged at one end of the spring bolt, and a spring bolt magnetic source body is arranged at the other end of the spring bolt; a first magnetic source body is arranged on the part, corresponding to the spring bolt magnetic source body, in the shell, and a second magnetic source body is arranged on the part of the lock hole panel; when the door is in the opened state, the lock catch of the spring bolt is located in the lock panel. Noise caused by mechanical transmission impacting, contacting and abrading is avoided, and the service life of the lock is prolonged.
