The invention provides a spherical hinge type gravity self-locking channel safety door. The safety door comprises a door frame (100), a door body (200) and two hinge parts (300). The door frame (100) comprises multiple stand columns. Installation plates are arranged on the stand column (110) at the hinge side. The door body (200) is hinged to the door frame (100) via the hinge parts (300) on one side. Installation plates cooperating with the door frame (100) are arranged on the door body (200). In the assembly state, the central axis of the upper hinge part and the central shaft of the lower hinge part are on different axis. According to the invention, the rotation hinge points are of spherical surface point contact and the lining of a bulb is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, so the friction coefficient is extremely low and the safety door has a self-lubricating effect. Thus, during opening and closing of the door, the friction resistance is extremely small; and a stainless or chrome-face bulb bolt is adopted on the bulb, so the safety door has high wear-resisting and anti-corrosion performance.
