The invention discloses an automobile front door glass assembly and an automobile front door assembly. The automobile front door glass assembly comprises glass and a monorail elevator, wherein the monorail elevator is formed by a motor, a stay cable driven by the motor and a slide rail driven by the stay cable; and the slide rail is fixed on the glass. The automobile front door glass assembly is characterized in that the slide rail is fixed on a resistance fitting straight line of the glass; the resistance fitting straight line is fitted by torque balance points of the glass in each position during elevation; and the torque balance points are included by glass gravity balance points, front sealing bar resistance balance point, back sealing bar resistance balance point, a water-splitting bar balance point and a rearview mirror resistance balance point. During the elevation of the glass, in any positions, the glass is above or around all the torque balance points of all resistance, so locking rate can be greatly reduced; and plenty of experiment results provide the conclusion.
