Self-compacting concrete
The invention discloses self-compacting concrete, belongs to the technical field of building materials. The self-compacting concrete contains the following raw materials, by weight, sulphoaluminate cement 380-500 kg/m3, additives 5.81-10.76 kg/m3, water-washed medium sand 644-740 kg/m3, stone 966-1,110 kg/m3, and water 173-2,227 kg/m3; and the additives comprise a polycarboxylate water reducing agent, a silicone ether defoaming agent and a retarder. The invention is mainly to solve the problems of voids and pits, low strength and shrinkage of high-quality prefabricated parts produced from the self-compacting concrete which is made from polycarboxylate superplasticizer and sulphoaluminate cement in the prior art, and the high-quality prefabricated parts prepared from the self-compacting concrete of the invention has the advantages of smooth surface and high strength.
