Aerated concrete block and production method thereof
The invention provides an aerated concrete block and a production method thereof. The aerated concrete block is prepared by mixing of the following raw materials by weight: 20 to 30 parts of river sand in which mass percentage content of silica is no less than 70%, 35 to 45 parts of phosphate tailing in which mass percentage content of silica is no less than 60%, 20 to 30 parts of quicklime, 5 to 10 parts of cement, 0 to 5 parts of gypsum and 0.08 to 0.09 part of aluminum powder, summing up to 100 parts. The invention has the following advantages: the phosphate tailing replaces a part of sand for production of the aerated concrete block, so resource utilization and environmental protection are realized, resources are saved, and a great number of qualified aerated concrete blocks can be produced.
