Ceramic packing processing method
The invention provides a ceramic packing processing method. The method includes the steps of blending, smashing, mixing, ball-milling, water adding, mud refining, forming, low-temperature drying, kiln feeding, firing and the like. Due to the fact that in the processing process of packing, smashing is conducted firstly and then mixing and ball-milling are conducted, the smashing efficiency is improved, and raw materials can meet the requirement for the particle size quickly; due to the fact that the surface of the packing is coated with a 1Cr13 coating, the corrosion resistance and strength of the packing are further improved.
