Ceramic material for nanometer aluminum oxide mold and preparation method of ceramic material
The invention discloses a ceramic material for a nanometer aluminum oxide mold and a preparation method of the ceramic material. The ceramic material comprises nanometer zirconium carbide, nanometer lanthanum hexaboride, cobalt carbide, boron nitride, magnesium oxide, manganese silicide, tungsten carbide, molybdenum trioxide, magnesium silicide and the balance of aluminum oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps of step I: taking powder of the materials and adding the powder into a stirrer for stirring; step II: performing ball milling in a ball mill; step III: performing heating and compression molding on the ceramic material subjected to the ball milling in the step II in a graphite mold, and performing hot-pressure sintering at the sintering temperature of 1,250 to 1,400DEG C and the sintering pressure of 40 to 60MPa for 1.5 to 3.5 hours to obtain the ceramic material for the nanometer aluminum oxide mold. The prepared ceramic material has excellent fracture toughness, hardness and bending resistance, and can be applied to mold materials.
