Nanometer diamond-reinforced ceramic bowl and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nanometer diamond-reinforced ceramic bowl and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic bowl is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 24 to 38 parts of diatomite, 36 to 52 parts of natural ocean jasper, 14 to 22 parts of hauynite, 16 to 28 parts of nanometer diamond, 24 to 38 parts of lithionite, 4 to 7 parts of calcium chloride, 5 to 9 parts of sodium ferrate, 10 to 15 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 3 to 6 parts of sucrose stearate, 2 to 3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 4 to 8 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 6 to 12 parts of nano-antibacterial powder. According to the invention, nanometer diamond is used as a reinforcement and compounded with raw materials like diatomite, natural ocean jasper, hauynite and nanometer lithionite, and then the obtained compound is sintered to prepare the ceramic bowl; and the prepared ceramic bowl has high mechanical strength, and breaking strength of the ceramic bowl is increased to 3 to 4 times compared with that of a traditional ceramic bowl, so breaking of the ceramic bowl prepared in the invention can be substantially reduced.
