Mixed materials include 20 parts to 40 parts of high alumina bauxite with the grain size of 0 mm to 1 mm, 10 parts to 30 parts of high alumina bauxite with the grain size of 1 mm to 3 mm, 10 parts to 20 parts of high alumina bauxite with the grain size of 3 mm to 5 mm, 15 parts to 25 parts of high alumina bauxite with the grain size of 5 mm to 8 mm, 15 parts to 25 parts of silica powder, 10 parts to 35 parts of thermal insulation aggregates, 3 parts to 6 parts of magnesia, 4 parts to 9 parts of dolomite, 3 parts to 6 parts of sodium hexameta phosphate, 2 parts to 5 parts of tartaric acid, 1 part to 3 parts of anti-explosion fiber, 1 part to 3 parts of metal aluminium powder, 1 part to 3 parts of graphite powder, 5 parts to 10 pars of coal gangue, 5 parts to 15 parts of mullite bricks, 5 parts to 10 parts of zirconite, 3 parts to 7 parts of chromic oxide, 3 parts to 12 parts of fused magnesia-zirconia materials and 6 parts to 15 parts of phenolic resin. The castable prepared through the method has good thermal insulation performance and has good slag-resistant performance.
