The fluorescent wallpaper for warm keeping, water resistance and corrosion prevention is characterized in that the fluorescent wallpaper for warm keeping, water resistance and corrosion prevention further comprises a glue surface layer, a suede layer, a water-resistance layer, a fluorescent layer, a corrosion-prevention membrane, a wear-resisting layer, an adhesive sticker layer and a release paper layer; the glue surface layer is arranged above the pattern layer; the suede layer is arranged on the glue surface layer; the water-resistance layer is arranged on the suede layer; the fluorescent layer is arranged on the water-resistance layer; a corrosion-resistance layer is arranged on the fluorescent layer; the wear-resisting layer is arranged on the corrosion-resistance layer; the adhesive sticker layer is arranged under the base layer; the release paper layer is arranged under the adhesive sticker layer; the corrosion-resistance layer is made of epoxy resin materials; the wear-resisting layer is made of polyethlene materials; the thickness of the base layer is 0.4 mm, the thickness of the suede layer is 0.54 mm, and the thickness of the water-resistance layer is 0.4 mm.
