Track board lifting method
The invention discloses a track board lifting method. Backing plates (1) are arranged on the two sides of a track board and between a bearing layer and a graded broken stone layer. Jacks (2) are arranged on the backing plates (1), and the jacks (2) on the two sides support a steel beam (3) together. A hole is drilled in the integral body composed of the track board, a mortar bed and the bearing layer, one end of a suspension rod (4) is inserted into the vertical hole and is fixed by inserted bar glue, and the other end of the suspension rod (4) is fixed to the steel beam (3) in a welding manner. The jacks (2) on the two sides are simultaneously started, the backing plates (1) serve as the supporting points, the force is transmitted through the steel beam (3) and the suspension rod (4), and then the integral body composed of the track board, the mortar bed and the bearing layer is lifted. According to the invention, the damage on the track board and the bearing layer is reduced, construction steps are simplified, and the economical cost is reduced.
