Old and new road overlapped connecting method
The invention relates to an old and new road overlapped connecting method. The method comprises the steps that 1, weeds on an old roadbed slope and side ditches are removed, loosened soil which is located on the old roadbed slope surface layer and is not thinner than 50 cm is removed, n inward-inclined steps are excavated in the slope obtained after removal is performed, and the bottom face of the step on the bottommost layer is the lower surface of the old roadbed; 2, the upper surface of the newly-built road segment roadbed is flushed to the upper surface of the old roadbed, a layer of geogrids are laid on the upper surfaces of the new and old roadbeds, and road materials are laid to form an old and new road overlapped connecting layer; 3, geogrids are laid on the steps and the old and new roadbed overlapped connecting layer from bottom to top, and road materials are laid; 4, grooves are cut along the length of an old and new road overlapped connecting top face seam, then, heated asphalt is poured into the grooves, and an anti-cracking patch is laid at the seam along the length of the seam; and 5, broom-finish treatment is adopted on the top face of the step on the topmost face, and the pavement surface layer is laid after a remaining sandwich layer is eliminated. According to the method, new and old pavements form the cooperative bearing whole, and cracks and damage are avoided.
