The invention discloses a cement twin brick which comprises a brick body, grooves and a through hole. The through hole is formed in the center position of the brick body. The four grooves are formed in the top face of the brick body and extend to the four corners of the brick body from the through hole. By the adoption of the cement twin brick, rainwater can be guided to a soil layer, the twin brick is prevented from bouncing, and the service life of the cement twin brick is prolonged.
