The invention discloses a bridge safety detector having a mobile function, and relates to the field of bridge detection apparatuses. A rotating disk (2) is arranged at the top end of a trolley (1); a telescoping mechanism (3) is mounted on the rotating disk (2); a first three-axial rotation platform (4) is mounted at the tail end of the telescoping mechanism (3); a detection unit (5) is arranged on the first three-axial rotation platform (4); one end of a telescoping rod (8) is connected to the telescoping mechanism (3); a second three-axial rotation platform (6) is arranged at the tail end of the telescoping rod (8); and a marking device (7) is arranged on the second three-axial rotation platform (6). The detector can save operation time, can work stably, saves energy, and is convenient to use.
