A parking warning safety belt of a non-motor vehicle comprises an electric cabinet, a motor cabinet and a stand column, and is characterized in that a sliding way plate and a movable way plate are arranged on a rail plate solidified on the ground; one end of the movable way plate is connected with the rail plate through a hinge shaft, and the other end of the movable way plate is connected with the sliding way plate through a connecting shaft; a rolling wheel is arranged at the movable end of the sliding way plate and is in contact with the rail plate; pulleys are arranged on the rail way plate and the stand column, and are sleeved with a steel cable; one end of the steel cable is fixed to the sliding way plate, and the other end of the steel cable is connected with a motor speed reducer in the motor cabinet above the stand column; and the electric cabinet is further arranged on the stand column, and the electric cabinet controls the motor and the motor speed reducer to run. According to the parking warning safety belt of the non-motor vehicle, the motion of the belt is completely controlled by a railroad grade crossing signal system, the system can replace the manual work to manage the non-motor vehicle, and safety, accuracy and reliability are achieved; and when the power failure fault happens, the safety belt can be automatically restored to be in a passing state.
