The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted direct-absorbing road surface cleaner. An air suction port and air discharging ports distributed in an annular way on the inner wall of an automatic rotating cleaning head are formed in the automatic rotating cleaning head; the air suction port is connected with an air suction ripple pipe; the air discharging ports are connected with an air discharging ripple pipe; the upper end of the air suction ripple pipe is connected with the air suction pipe; the upper end of air discharging ripple pipe is connected with the air discharging pipe; the upper end of a cleaning head positioning rod is connected with the air discharging pipe; the lower end of the cleaning head positioning rod is connected with the automatic rotating cleaning head; the air suction pipe is connected with a collection case; a spraying filter is mounted on the top of the collection case; the spraying filter is connected with an air suction port of an eddy draught fan; an air discharging port of the eddy draught fan is connected with the air discharging pipe; and the eddy draught fan is connected with a driving motor via a conveyer belt. The vehicle-mounted direct-absorbing road surface cleaner is advantaged by improving road cleaning efficiency and high safety.
