The invention discloses an embedded part device for a vertical pipe and a system comprising the same. The embedded part device for the vertical pipe is formed at a time, sealing is not needed, secondary supporting of a formwork is not needed, and installation is convenient. According to the technical scheme, the embedded part device for the vertical pipe comprises an embedded part body, an upper eccentric pipe and a lower eccentric pipe; the embedded part body is of a hollow cylinder structure, the embedded part body is poured together with a structural slab by serving as an embedded part, the upper end and the lower end of the embedded part body are correspondingly flush with the upper side and the lower side of the structural slab, the upper eccentric pipe and the lower eccentric pipe are correspondingly inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the embedded part body so as to seal the upper end and the lower end of the embedded part body, flanges are arranged at the upper end of the upper eccentric pipe and the upper end of the lower eccentric pipe respectively, the outer diameter of the flanges is larger than the inner diameter of the embedded part body, so that the upper eccentric pipe and the lower eccentric pipe are prevented from falling into the embedded part body, the axis of the upper eccentric pipe coincides with the axis of the lower eccentric pipe, and the vertical pipe is fixedly inserted in the upper eccentric pipe and the lower eccentric pipe. The embedded part device for the vertical pipe and the system comprising the same are widely applied to the field of sealing of structural slabs and vertical pipes.
