Heat preservation metal plate
The invention discloses a heat preservation metal plate which sequentially comprises a first steel plate, a heat preservation foam layer and a second steel plate from left to right. The heat preservation foam layer is formed after rigid polyurethane foam premixed polyether polyol and polymeric MDI directly react between the first steel plate and the second steel plate. A first coating is arranged on the surface of the left side of the first steel plate. A second coating is arranged on the surface of the right side of the second steel plate. The heat preservation metal plate is characterized in that the surface of the right side of the first steel plate and the surface of the left side of the second steel plate are both phosphated. Compared with the prior art, the heat preservation metal plate has the advantages that through phosphating, phosphated coatings are formed on the surfaces of the inner sides of the steel plates, and therefore the corrosion resistance is high, and delaminating and cracking are avoided; different phosphating schemes are adopted for the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of the steel plates, the steel plates are endowed with the capacity for coping with different use environments according to actual use demands, and the safety and service life of the plate are ensured.
