Oversized reinforced concrete beam fixed rebar support structure and rebar binding method thereof
The invention discloses an oversized reinforced concrete beam fixed rebar support structure. The structure comprises a beam bottom formwork, a rebar support assembly located on the beam bottom formwork and a foundation framework located under the beam bottom formwork. The beam bottom formwork is provided with a rebar support assembly through a plurality of concrete cushion blocks. The rebar support assembly comprises a left upright column, a right upright column and a plurality of main rib support levers. The foundation framework comprises square steel, square timbers, a square steel cross arm, an oil support, vertical rods and lock steel tubes. The invention further discloses a rebar binding method of the oversized reinforced concrete beam fixed rebar support structure. Firstly, three rows of main rib support levers of beam upper iron, the third rows of main rib support levers of lower iron (the lowermost row of main rib support levers) and upright column rebars are welded, support lever rebars of two rows of main ribs on the upper edge of the beam lower iron have to be welded after the main ribs below the support lever rebars penetrate in place, and accordingly the load of a rebar framework of a beam all fall on a rebar support. The rebars are evenly distributed, the framework does not need to be detached, labor and time are saved, the work period is shortened, the rebars are positioned, fixation is easy, quality is guaranteed, safety control difficulty is little, and construction is convenient.
