The invention provides a centralized supply system and a use method of the centralized supply system. The centralized supply system is used for a laboratory, and comprises a technical sandwich layer, a functional post, a test bed, a gas supply system, a water supply system and a power supply system, wherein the gas supply system provides various gas sources for the test bed; the water supply system provides various water resources for the test bed; and the power supply system provides various electric power resources for the test bed. The centralized supply system provided by the invention solves the technical problems of laboratory pipeline complexity and construction inconvenience in the prior art.
