The invention discloses a circular ring circulation rotating garage partially or totally arranged over the ground. The circular ring circulation rotating garage is characterized by being partially or totally arranged over the ground; car entering and exiting platforms which are directly connected with car carrying plates or are connected with the car carrying plates after ascending or descending are arranged on ground lanes at the front and back ends of the garage; and a driver directly parks a car on the car carrying plate with a parking space to be stored through the car entering platform or takes out the car to be stored on the corresponding car carrying plate through the car exiting platform at the other end of the rotating garage. When only one car carrying plate is arranged in a round car carrying platform, the car carrying plate is directly connected with the car entering platform and the car exiting platform. When a plurality of car carrying plates are arranged in the round car carrying platform, car storage and car taking can only be realized after the car carrying plates which cannot be directly connected with the car entering platform and the car exiting platform are connected with the car entering platform or the car exiting platform through position adjustment. When the garage is totally arranged over the ground, a slope forming method or a car entering platform and car existing platform ascending or descending method can be used for realizing the connection with the car carrying plate.
