The invention provides an accumulating water avoiding system of indoor and outdoor underground pit equipment and an accumulating water avoiding method of the indoor and outdoor underground pit equipment. According to the accumulating water avoiding system of the indoor and outdoor underground pit equipment, underground stereoscopic parking equipment is arranged in an underground pit; the underground stereoscopic parking equipment comprises at least one layer of car carrying base plate positioned under the ground; an accumulating water sensing assembly is arranged in the underground pit; the accumulating water sensing assembly comprises a plurality of water level sensing devices which are in sequential arrangement along the vertical height; the water level sensing devices are arranged in a way of corresponding to the car carrying base plates at each height of the underground stereoscopic parking equipment; and the accumulating water sensing assembly is connected to a control system of the underground stereoscopic parking equipment. The accumulating water avoiding system of the indoor and outdoor underground pit equipment has the advantages that the car carrying base plates can be lifted according to the detected accumulating water height in the underground pit; the active accumulating water avoidance is realized; the damage of accumulating water in the underground pit to parking cars can be effectively avoided; and the accumulating water avoiding system is applicable to various environments and conditions.
