Energy-saving auxiliary frame system and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an energy-saving auxiliary frame system and a mounting method thereof. The system comprises an auxiliary frame and an inner frame. The inner frame is mounted in the auxiliary frame. The inner peripheral wall of the auxiliary frame is provided with a groove. The outer peripheral wall of the inner frame is provided with a lock piece. In the mounting process, a lock tongue of the lock piece is embedded into the groove. According to the method, when a door window is manufactured, the lock piece is mounted on the outer peripheral face of the inner frame, the inner frame is assembled into the auxiliary frame in the construction field, and the lock tongue is rotated through a screwdriver to be embedded into the groove of the auxiliary frame. Compared with an existing mounting fastener, the energy-saving auxiliary frame system has the advantages of being high in mounting efficiency, flexible in mounting position, easy to detach, low in cost and the like, and energy conservation and the sealing effect of door window and auxiliary frame mounting are remarkably improved.
