The abrasive materials are composed of, by weight, 50-90% of white corundum and 10-50% of ceramic microcrystalline abrasive materials. The formula of the gear grinding wheel is simple; all raw materials in the formula coordinate with one another; the strength and the heat dissipation performance of the grinding wheel are improved; grinding efficiency is high; burning cracks are avoided; and the grinding precision can reach the fourth grade to the fifth grade. The manufacturing method of the gear grinding wheel is easy and convenient to operate and easy to control and achieve.
