The invention discloses cement paste for construction of a structural steel cement mixing pile and a use method of the cement paste. The problems that in the prior art, when construction of the structural steel cement mixing pile is carried out in a compact sandy soil or gravel soil layer, the piling and well drilling efficiency is low; after existing cement paste is stirred, strength is unstable, and water stability is lowered are mainly solved. The cement paste comprises, by weight, 95 percent to 99 percent of wet cement liquid and one percent to three percent of additive. The wet cement liquid is a mixture of cement and water, and the ratio of the cement to the water is 1:2-11.5. Sandy soil layer or gravel layer bentonite is adopted as the additive. A drill bit comprises a drill bit body, two cutting tooth plates and two harrow teeth. The cutting tooth plates are triangular, one side of each cutting tooth plate is fixedly connected with the drill bit body, and the harrow teeth are arranged on the outer edge of the bottom of the drill bit body. According to the scheme, the piling and well drilling efficiency is improved, the cement paste has more stable strength after being stirred, and the water stability is improved.
