The invention relates to concrete containing high-volume steel slag. The concrete per cubic meter comprises raw materials as follows: 210-250 kg of cement, 185-225 kg of the steel slag, 168 kg of water and 6.74-6.95 kg of a water reducing agent. According to the concentrate containing the high-volume steel slag, a large amount of steel slag is mixed in the concrete to replace an original large amount of cement, so that the work performance of the concrete is improved, the concrete quality is improved, meanwhile, the waste resource is effectively utilized, the cement is saved, and the production cost and the environmental pollution are reduced.
