Gypsum binding agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a gypsum binding agent and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum binding agent is made of, by mass, gypsum powder, 30-60% of water, 0.01-0.03% of AH addition agent, 0.2-0.5% of AK addition agent, 0.05-0.10% of AX addition agent, 0.5-1.0% of AF addition agent, wherein the weight of the gypsum powder serves as the datum of the water percentage, and the water weight serves as the datum of the percentage of the AH addition agent, the percentage of the AK addition agent, the percentage of the AX addition agent and the percentage of the AF addition agent; the AH addition agent is sodium polyphosphate of the phosphate category; the AK addition agent is copolymer of ethylene/vinyl acetate; the AX addition agent is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether; the AF addition agent is emulsified liquid which is made of methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and an acrylic acid solution through the dispersion process. The invention further provides the preparation method of the gypsum binding agent. The gypsum binding agent has the advantages of being good in bonding strength, not prone to cracking or delamination, good in application property and the like.
